Project Overview
A project to rehabilitate four drinking water wells in the Al-Makaser area (Douma Water Unit), aimed at enhancing the efficiency of water sources and ensuring the supply of clean and safe water to the city of Douma.
The project seeks to connect the wells to a line exempt from rationing to guarantee a sustainable water flow to the residents of Douma, following years of conflict that have adversely affected the infrastructure.

Scope of Work
- Installation of new submersible pumps and new rising mains for all four wells
- Rehabilitation and renewal of wellhead equipment
- Installation of new electrical control panels for each well, including operational protections and automatic operation
- Maintenance and reinforcement of steel cages to protect well equipment
- Connection of the well control panels to the main electrical transformer station via new underground cables
